The Jackals Rainout
Rain pouring down on our heads as we walked along. That was the result of today's visit to the Yogi Berra Stadium to see a Jackals game. We had originally planned to watch the Jackals game, but there was a heavy down pour of rain beating on our shoulders, causing us to be drenched. It is unfortunate but we were not able to see today's Jackals game. Instead of watching the game we were stuck in the rain. We sat under the tent trying to avoid the rain, while others were running back and fourth enjoying the rain jumping up and down, having water fights, and a whole lot more.

The Red Bulls
He takes the shot and score! Its a goal! Today we met up with players Luke Sassano who is #32, from the USA and Danleigh Borman who is #11, from Africa both age 24. We also met up with the two public relations people for the Red Bulls and the assistant coach for the Red Bulls, Richie Williams. Both players that we interviewed play D/M (defense and midfield). According to the Red Bulls public relations people the team is a big fan of the World Cup, some of the team even played in it this year and recently got back. They also said that in the beginning of the World Cup some team members made a bet on who would win the World Cup. It was unanimous when we asked Sassano, Borman, and Williams out of the to teams left who did they want to win the World Cup, and the answer was clear, Spain.
So what do you think of the Red Bulls? Who should be the one to win the World Cup????????????

Suarez The Handball
The game was almost over, a shot was taken by a player from Ghana's team. Gooooaaal!!!!!!!!!! The crowd began to roar. Suddenly, Luis Suarez jumped up high in the air, and hit the soccer ball!!! Yay!!! Cheered the fans of Uruguay's team. Suarez had gotten a red card but luckily he had made an impressive save. Now they only had to hope that Ghana would miss the penalty shot. They take the shot, and its a miss! Uruguay will go to the semi-finals!!!! Yay!!! The crowd shouts again, as others walk off the field with their heads down, wishing they had been the ones to win the game. Fortunately, for Uruguay they won the game and are heading off to the semi-finals; on the other hand for Ghana they lost the game and their time in the World Cup is over.................
